RyfeTech Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the RyfeTech website and the Legal Center (the "Service"). The Service is run by Ryfe Technology Opc ("RyfeTech"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Some of our services have their own terms, which apply in addition to these for that service:

• RyfeTech Trainings: the terms at training.ryfetech.com/terms.
• Booking with a business through RyfeTech Apps: the booking terms that business sets, which you accept when you book.

RyfeTech Apps, the client portal and the quote estimator ask you to accept their terms and our acceptable use policy before you use them. Safe Online Academy is a free learning site with its own privacy page.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. Do not use it in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our systems or interfere with other users. Unauthorized use of the Service may lead to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offense.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, belongs to RyfeTech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4. No warranty

We try to keep the information on the Service accurate and up to date, but we make no promises that it is complete, reliable or suitable for your purpose. You use it at your own risk, and we are not liable for inaccuracies or errors.

5. Third-party links

The Service may link to websites or services we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and we are not liable for loss caused by your use of them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RyfeTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the Service. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, secure or free from errors or viruses.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also covered by our Privacy Notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Davao del Norte, Philippines.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The revised Terms apply once posted, and continuing to use the Service means you accept them. We review these Terms regularly, and services with accounts may ask you to accept a new version.
