Client solutions privacy notice

1. What this covers

Ryfe Technology Opc ("RyfeTech", "we") builds and supports business solutions for clients, such as apps, automations and reports on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and related tools). This notice explains how personal data is handled in those solutions. It does not cover our own website, trainings or booking storefronts; those are in our main privacy notice.

2. Most solutions run in your organization's own environment

We build most solutions directly in the client's own Microsoft environment. The data the solution collects stays there. It is not held on RyfeTech systems.

3. Who is responsible for the data

The client decides what personal data the solution collects, why, who can use it and how long it is kept. We build and support the solution on the client's instructions.

If you use a solution that was built for an organization, that organization's privacy notice is the one that applies to you. Please contact them first about your data.

4. Where the data is stored and who handles it

• Data is stored in the client's Microsoft environment, for example in Dataverse or SharePoint.
• Microsoft provides that environment to the client under the client's own agreement with Microsoft.
• Where in the world the data is stored depends on the client's Microsoft settings.

5. What RyfeTech can see

We only have the access a client gives us, for example to build, test and support the solution. We use that access only for that work. Any AI feature in a solution runs inside the client's own Microsoft environment, and if a client brings their own AI, it uses the client's account. When the work ends, access is removed, and the solution is built to keep working without us.

6. What we keep ourselves

To work with a client we keep business contact details, messages about the work, and support requests. See our main privacy notice for how we handle those.

7. If a solution runs in RyfeTech's own environment

If we ever host a solution for a client in our own environment, we will tell the client first, and say here how that data is handled. We do not host client solutions today.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. Ask the organization that gave you the solution; they can act on it in their environment. We help them respond. If you cannot reach them, email us at [email protected] and we will point you to the right person.

9. How long data is kept

The client decides, and sets it in their environment. When our work ends we remove our access.

10. Keeping data safe

Solutions are built to use the access controls in the client's Microsoft environment, and we ask for only the access we need. The client stays responsible for who they give access to. No system is completely secure.

11. Children

These solutions are built for business use and are not aimed at children. The client decides who may use a solution.
